Hello everybody, we are currently having some problems rendering some sections of our PDF documents, some segments of these documents are showing only blank spaces, we are thinking that this problem is caused by using several layers to create the document, which will cause this problem? where could we find the characteristics needed for the PDFs to rendering correctly our documents?

 

The issue may belong to different aspect.
For example: not embedded fonts, corrupted xref tables, not last a wrong behavior in our code.

Are you using the last version of our tool?
May you provide your original PDF file?

Even using the last version some parts of the pdf were not shown. I am sharing with you one Pdf including this  problem.

Where could we find what characteristics for the PDF files are required for RadaeePDF? Do you have a document to share with our design team?
