I have buy the premium license and activate it but the watermark do not remove.

I have bought the premium license but the watermark do not remove. I use com.radaee.reader as my license package name however my app seems recognize me as the free trial account. I send mail to [email protected] to ask for changing packname but [email protected] do not give me any reply. Can anyone teach me how to change my package name or what should I do to remove water mark ?

com.radaee.reader is preserved by demo app.
you shall active another package name, that using your own company.
plz contact our sales.

Dear user, as my colleague just told: you shall access to www.radaeepdf.com/license-control-panel using your order reference number and pin.
After that you shall enter your application package name which shall be different of our reserved com.radaee.reader.
You will receive back the proper activation key.

So if I have already got an activate key from com.radaee.reader, can I modify my application package name in the license control panel to get another activate key?
