Hi,

I am just curious to know if seamless zooming is achievable in latest version of Radaee.
At present when zoomed, the text becomes very grainy. Then quickly after the user stops "pinching" the screen, the resolution improves.
Is it possible to make zooming to be seamless such that text does not become grainy.

Hi,
I suggest you to check the PDFReader module, here you will find a different kind of zoom.
You will not see the grainy image because the page is fully allocated in the RAM instead of blocks (RDPDFReader module).
The PDFReader module zoom has 2 limits:

• it is slightly slower
• it has a limited zoom factor

I tried both PDFReader and RDPDFReader.
Looks in both become grainy while pinching. Only after I stop zoom in or zoom out (stop pinching), the text is clear.
Should I change some parameter values before checking these? Your help is much appreciated. Thank You.

Hi,
this is the default behaviour of the library.
The library is working while you are zooming so you see the grainy text for best performances.
You can't delete this.
