Do you want to add a line with annotation (page.AddAnnotInk(m_ink))?
Or add a line as part of the pdf?

Hi,
the Annotation is a child of page object. So the behaviuor is correct.
When showing file in a different pdf viewer or with a different Global.def_view, the two page could be separated by a gap or should be rendered as standalone page (only a page at once).
Within different software the cropped annotation would loose their meaning as showed half at once.
