yes if you add text using something like that (annotation) : www.radaeepdf.com/support/knowledge-base...component&kbartid=43 you can move text as you want.
If you use www.radaeepdf.com/support/knowledge-base...component&kbartid=35 you can't move text because the text is added to the pdf content.

Hi,
normal text becomes part of the pdf and you can't change it after saving pdf.

If you add an edit text annotation, you can edit, move it as you want: you can change text content, border color, size, background color..etc.. even after you have saved it. Same as others annotations : Ink, line, bitmap etc..

Next days we will publish a new method Page.FlatAnnots() that removes all annotations on the page, and render it as normal page contents.
