Crash occur in our production apps

In crash log if you go through there are mention that "(Java_com_radaee_pdf_Ink_getNodeCount+4)".I think this may be happening for ink annotaion.
Right now we can't provide the details more then that because we are getting this issue from google play store.

Move to support area and there:
- load your app name
- some of your pdf file
- pdf reader SDK release
- if needed some testing account to access your app.

Otherwise we couldn't help you.
