Ability to rasterize/print specific regions or sub

Hello Concerned,

I want a PDF Library for rendering PDFs in our application on platforms as, Android, iOS and Windows Phone. I want to extract particular region from the PDF with the help of Coordinates given, just like as in newspaper PDF I want to extract particular News Section from the PDF and we have the coordinates regarding the same. Is it possible in the same you provided?

Please suggest us regarding this subject.

No Actually Not, I want coordinate specific extraction of PDF Sections. I have the coordinates for all articles therefore I want some mechanism where I click on particular segment and with help of coordinates we should get the Article and show it in different desired format.
