You need to rerender the page after adding an annotation.
by calling: m_view.vRenderAsync or m_view.vRenderSync

I am not able to get the attachment instantly by the above method, I need to scroll up and down to see it.

This is normal after rerendering, you can use m_view.vSetPos(pos, vx, vy); to set the page on certain position
Time to create page: 0.399 seconds
