PDF page alignment

PDF page alignment was created by Semenovich

I have only one page in my PDF document. And I use PDFViewVert for displaying. The page is displaying in the top of canvas. But I need to display it at the center if page height is less than screen height. How can I do it?
I was trying to use page.vSetPageAlign(1) or change Global.dev_view but it does not help.

set Global.def_view = 3 in Global.default_config() if only 1 page.
