Extracting text

I attached a PDF file I want to extract text.
As you can see, the text is in Portuguese, and when I extract parts of it, they return wrong.
Like at the third line:
"do científico, o qual deveria começar com a observação e a experimentação."
Returns:
"do cient￭fico, o qual deveria come￧ar com a observa￧￣o e a experimenta￧￣o."
Note: I`ve tested it on my app and on your RDPReader Test Application that comes with the .

Which version are you using? we have checked with the latest version 3.3.12 and cannot reproduce the problem.
