Google Chrome / Preview (OSX) can show below PDF without issue. However when viewing the same with Android PDF characters are replaced by invalid ones. This is one of those PDF files.

this can't be fixed.
this PDF use Arial-BoldMT as CID font. and use cid code as Glyph index directly.
render result is depends on Font resource.
Time to create page: 0.585 seconds
