I have best handwriting engine, I want to use that as overlay layer, is this pdf lib support to use it ?

not sure,
you can see com.radaee.pdf.Ink class, to know how to construct Ink object
or see com.radaee.pdf.Path class, to know how to construct Path object, that you can create a polyline annotation.
