Not yet.
Even if customers' basis wasn't asking for it we have planned the development of such a feature.
It will be included in next main release which will support also Cordova development.

We're planning the development of Cordova plugin for Windows10.
Not sure yet about WindowsPhone as MS definitively abandoned it.
