Are you using the last version of the library? Can you reproduce with that version : www.radaeepdf.com/download/download/file/105-radaeepdf-3-17 ?
Can you please send us a pdf that causes the issue?
Can you reproduce it with all the devices or with a specific one?

I use RDPDFReader the version I do not know where I get it from.
