Thanks a lot,. Is the pdf TOC accessible? Can I build a list of TOC (pdf table of contents) items for user to click and navigate to that page as I don't see it for iOS. I know I had this in the Android sdk...

Yes, also TOC is accessible, you can show TOC also in demo project.
In RDPDFViewController class you can find "viewMenu" method that shows the viewController with the TOC structure.

Regarding drawing custom content inside DrawBmp: this works as expected, but it doesn't work while zooming, The custom paint I did in DrawBmp disappears while doing pinch to zoom (after I release the pinch to zoom custom graphics are painted tho). Is there any way to keep the custom painted graphics done on DrawBmp while doing the pinch to zoom? Or is there any other place where I can re-paint my graphics while pinch to zoom is active?
