I have install your application from google play (radaee) , and i open a pdf document then i get a blank page .. and i touch the screen it's appear...
The Same problem is occurred with integrated radaee sdk in my application.
P.S: My device is : Samsung Tab 10.4 with Android 4.4.2 .
I have joint it screen shot of bug .

Can you please send us the pdf that is causing the problem?

I dont think a problem linked to pdf file because when i test any pdf file in this : Samsung Tab 10.4 with Android 4.4.2 . , it's show me automatically blank page at the first opening application of radaee which installed from google play and the same problem with the SDK .. The joined screen shot illustrate my problem
If you have the same device (Samsung Tab 10.4 with Android 4.4.2 ) , can you test with it.

Unfortunately we do not have the same device, but it's working on all the devices we have here...

We will try to find it on the simulator, can't you test on other devices??

- I test it with : Nexus7 with android 4.4.4 , is worked correctly
- I test it also with :SamSung Galaxy Tab 10.3 with android 4.2.2 is worked correctly
But with Samsung Tab 10.4 with Android 4.4.2 is not worked correctly ..
I hope you found solution for this issue.

May you provide both:
- PDF file you're testing
- product code of the Samsung Tablet? So we can check which cpu/gpu/ram it's running with.

To provide the PDF I suggest you to open a ticket not to share your file on the public forum.
