I was reading the post from the beginning.
I see your log: as you can read there are any reference to RadaeePDF call. All the log are from Android framework and Android native call.

One more note: better looking at some devices we've found that Motorola X (Android 5) and Samsung TabS (Android 6) are rendering the first page in the wrong way.
We've tried also printing with Acrobat on both devices and we was getting the same issue.

One more note: Android PDF printing engine isn't able to print annotations applied to pages.

This is an excellent solution for both personal use and work. Moderator: server side conversion, manipulation and editing of PDF files might be done with RadaeePDF for Server.
