The simpler way would be to encrypt your files before you will upload/load them on mobile devices.
Decrypting is a feature available from Standard license.
You should define your own scheme to send decryption password to your app.

If you prefer to encrypt files on device, you would need to activate a Premium license.
- open unencrypted file
- save it as encrypted applying your own password
- delete unencrypted file
