I tried to download the demo version on this page:

After I fixed some error with Android 2.2.3 Study, It work.
I see the PDF, but I don't see the hardware writing button.
How do I enable hardware writing in PDF?

My package is "com.radaee.reader" the same as tutorial.

I think you are searching for Ink annotation.
You can write or draw on the pdf using the toolbar on the top of the pdf view.
You have to tap the 3rd icon of the bar and then you will see a new bar with the different kind of annotation you can add, select one of them and draw what you want.
The first icon is ink annotation, with that you can make handwritten note.
