I see from your example in PDFTestAct that you can insert a text string into a page. I'd like to know if you can set a cursor and add text (just as if you were adding text to the original PDF file... ie. bring up keyboard input etc). I looked thru the documentation and don't see a way to do that. Is text input directly into the PDF via the soft keypad not supported? Thanks.

plz see Page.AddAnnotEditBox it is free text annotation, which allow u type text in an editbox.

Thanks, In know about AddAnnotEditBox. However I'm not talking about adding an annotation... I'm talking about adding text inline with the existing text. I'd like to be able to add text into the document itself. Example: change the followng text

Its not annotating a 'note' but adding text to the existing text. Thanks.

Are you're willing to edit/add/substitute existing text? This is not an available feature.

The annotation radaee was talking about put text annotation on the page layer and, from an aesthetic point of view, you would see new text as it's on the page.
He wasn't talking about a sticky note (post-it like).

Note: that method is available only on the Premium version of the license.

That my intention IS to edit/add/substitute existing text. And yes, I have a Premium license.. I've used the AddAnnotEditBox so am aware of what it does and how it works (its a very nice feature by the way).
Are there any plans to add this functionality (as you say "to edit/add/substitute existing text") in a future release? It would make your product much more complete. Thanks.

The feature is not planned but we are putting your request in our desiderata's list.
